Your product(s) is guaranteed against defects for 30 days after receiving it. If the item is defective, please contact us at info@secretplaytime.com immediately so we can start the replacement process for you.

- Please contact us at info@secretplaytime.com with your order information and the problem
- We will issue a pre-paid return label for the defective item along with a new (same) item
- Please return the defective product(s) once you receive this label
RETURN PRODUCT(S):
Please follow the instructions below if you wish to return your product(s). Please note due to sanitary reasons, any product(s) that are opened ARE NOT eligible for a return. Return product inquiries must be made within 14 days of receipt.
- Please contact us at info@secretplaytime.com with your order information and the reason for the return
- You will be provided with an address to mail the product(s) back to us. We would highly recommend using a service that provides a tracking number. We are not responsible for product(s) that are lost during transit.
- Once received, you will receive a refund (minus the original shipping cost).
CANCEL ORDER:
A request for cancelling an order can be made as long as the order has not been shipped yet. There will be no charge nor will your credit card be charged until your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order and your order would then be treated as a return item if you wish to still cancel the order.
