Discreet Shipping/Plain Packaging
To ensure your privacy, our packaging will in no way reveal the nature of its content. Our packages leave the fulfillment center in plain discreet boxes and will not bear the name SecretPlayTime anywhere on the exterior of the box.
Packages will be shipped using either a plain brown box, a standard white Fed Ex box, or a USPS Priority Mail box with a return address of "SPT Group" from Beverly Hills, CA.

In addition to discreet shipping, your credit card statement will also be private showing a charge from SPT Group. There will absolutely be no mention of our website name.

Additional Shipping Info
We currently use UPS and USPS for all our packages to ensure a quick and safe arrival of your order. Tracking numbers are available upon request.
Express Shipping
For express shipping your order must be submitted before 12pm (PST) to leave our warehouse the same day. Orders placed after 12pm PST will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be shipped out on Monday.
